For the past month, I’ve been working on improving The Very Organized Thief’s throwing mechanics, as part of our next update. The goal has been to allow players to knockout the Owner!
After many attempts at creating an acceptable Web Player replacement, we’re happy to finally announce that The Very Organized Thief has been updated and released on Kongregate.

The upcoming web release of The Very Organized Thief remake is a significant milestone for us. And it comes with a great deal of weight on our shoulders.
For the past few weeks, I’ve been updating our websites in preparation for The Very Organized Thief’s release to Web. The Very Organized Thief website has received a much-needed update and I also updated our Press Kit.
After all the experiments, failures, trials, and errors we went through. We have finally filled in the last few remaining gaps that The Very Organized Thief had with its design. And now, we’re rebuilding the original The Very Organized Thief from the ground up as our major starting point for everything we’re doing next.
This year we made significant progress. Our goals this year were to increase the speed at which we could design and test levels, without excess. Focusing more on the process of creating and simplifying it for rapid prototyping.
Hope everyone’s enjoying the holidays. For us 2017 has been a very busy year and also a rather quiet one, with our last update being quite a while ago. The end of 2017 will mark the 5th development iteration of The Very Organized Thief. I’m sure some of you are probably surprised how we got to five iterations.
Last year was yet another challenging year, pushing ourselves hard to lock down developments and start making more progress with the games we are working on. It was also the first year where we lived on our own in a quiet neighbourhood, working out how we can balance our life around what we do in order to do it.
